These Terms of Use govern your use of Seeker Gorilla (the "App"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Kyle Varga ("we", "us") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
The wallet connection is optional. If you choose to use it, the App communicates with a compatible Solana wallet on your device only to identify your public key and maintain a local authentication session. The App does not initiate blockchain transactions.
The App may include third-party open-source components. Those components remain subject to their own license terms.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.
These terms terminate automatically if you fail to comply with them. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
