End User License Agreement

By installing or using Seeker Gorilla (the "App"), you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

Grant of license

Kyle Varga ("we") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

Restrictions

• You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App as a paid product.
• You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.
• You may not use the App to violate applicable law or the rights of others.

Open-source components

The App is distributed as source on GitHub and includes third-party open-source libraries. Each component retains its original license; see the repository's package.json and dependency licenses for attribution.

No warranty

The App is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the author be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate its terms. Upon termination you must uninstall the App.
